Deposit by bank transfer: the deposit will be fully refunded within 48 hours of check-out if during the stay guests do not use any of the hotel's services. In case guests use the hotel's services, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting all costs incurred during the stay. 3. Deposit by credit card. The hotel will return the deposit on the day guests check out if there are no charges during the stay. However, according to interbank practice, it will take a while for the refunded deposit to arrive ti guest's account, and depending on the bank, that time will range from 15 to 45 days.
