The location of the boat dock has been moved from the Dubai Water Canal Marine Station to the Sheikh Zayed Road Marine Transport Station. Schedule: Sheikh Zayed Road Marine Transport Station – Island: 10:00 AM, 12:15 PM, 02:15 PM, 06:15 PM, 08:15 PM, 10:15 PM, and on weekends only also 01:30 AM. Island – Sheikh Zayed Road Marine Transport Station: 09:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 01:00 PM, 05:00 PM, 07:15 PM, 09:00 PM. Guests are required to book arrival and departure times in advance and be at the pier 10 minutes before the ship departs. To board a ship, guests must have an e-mail or a screenshot of the booking at hand, as well as information about the booking of the ship. A valid passport, UAE Resident ID or national identity card for citizens of the Persian Gulf countries is required for the trip. National identity cards of the Persian Gulf countries are unacceptable to citizens of different countries, and digital or paper copies will not be accepted. If possible, guests will be able to choose the departure time of the return boat at the concierge desk in the lobby.
