Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel continues to implement a project to expand the number of rooms and some of the new rooms are already available to guests. Landscaping works are continuing on individual floors of the hotel, including the swimming pool and conference rooms, as well as the spa, which will be temporarily unavailable during this period, but the hotel continues to operate fully, providing uninterrupted service to guests. Arrangements have been made to provide guests with access to the pool at a nearby hotel during this period, and a shuttle service has been arranged for the staying guests. The restaurant serves the following dishes without interruption: An a la carte breakfast is served at the Excelsior venue restaurant on the 2nd floor. Lunch is served buffet style in the Excelsior Restaurant, located on the 2nd floor, from Monday to Friday. Lunch is served a la carte on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Dinner is served a la carte at the Gallery or H bar or in the room. If the guests arrive after 12:00 AM, they should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. The city tax is AED 20.00 per night for the first bedroom, with an additional AED 20.00 per night for each extra bedroom. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
