Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel offers the complimentary daily shuttle bus service to and from Al Mamzar Public Beach and Park. This is a once-daily transfer: departure from the hotel to the beach at 08:00 AM and return from the beach to the hotel at 12:00 PM. If there is high demand and the bus is fully booked, an additional transfer will be provided: departure from the hotel at 09:00 AM and return from the beach at 01:00 PM. The hotel provides guests with the flexibility to exchange lunch for dinner or dinner for lunch. The hotel reserves the right to serve lunch and dinner meals either as an open buffet or as a set menu, depending on the number of guests in-house. The hotel provides a daily morning shuttle service to and from Al Mamzar Beach Park, Al Mamzar Open Beach, or La Mer Beach Park as per the schedule. From 2027, the terms of the pool and beach towel service will change. The deposit required at check-in will remain in place. However, towel exchanges, which are currently free of charge, will incur a fee of EUR 2.00 per towel, per exchange. This fee applies when a used towel is exchanged for a clean one and is separate from the deposit paid at check-in. During the stay, towels cannot be returned to obtain a refund of the deposit. The deposit will only be refunded at check-out upon return of the towels. Any towel exchange during the stay will incur a fee of EUR 2.00 per towel, per exchange. The updated terms apply to stays from 2027 onwards.
