All Inclusive Limited Package The All Inclusive Limited package includes breakfast at the property, as well as lunch and dinner at any of the listed outlets. At the listed à la carte restaurants, one meal includes one starter, one main course, and one dessert per person. Chef’s Specials and special events at these outlets are not included in the package. Guests receive a 25% discount on food and beverages at other outlets within JA The Resort that are not listed above. Beverages marked with the sun symbol are included in the All Inclusive Limited package at the listed outlets. Terms and Conditions The management reserves the right to change opening hours and days depending on business requirements. A minimum of 70% of the restaurants and bars across JA Lake View Hotel, JA Palm Tree Court, and JA Beach Hotel will be available. Alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Dubai Government guidelines. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 21 and above upon presentation of identification confirming their age. The package was previously referred to as Buffet All Inclusive. A 12-hour notice prior to the confirmed booking is required for cancellations. In case of a no-show, a fee of AED 50.00 applies to bookings for 1–4 people, AED 100.00 for 5–7 people, and AED 250.00 for groups of 8–15 people. The fee is charged per booking, not per person.
