Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). This only occurs with prior arrangement and at a time convenient for guests. Residence Rules: Hanging clothes on balcony railings is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Leaving shoes, trash, and personal belongings in common areas is prohibited. Consuming alcohol is prohibited in common areas. Cigarette butts are prohibited within the complex. Disposal of objects in the toilet is prohibited. Preparing food with strong odors is prohibited. Durian is prohibited in apartments. Violations of these rules may result in a fine of up to THB 2000.00. For the security of property, guests are advised not to leave personal valuables on open surfaces in the house. Guests are requested to store documents, money, jewelry, electronics, and other valuables exclusively in the safes provided on the premises. The property management is not responsible for the safety of any belongings left outside the safe. An additional fee is paid for the departure of the manager in cases where assistance with access to the accommodation is required, for example, if the key is forgotten inside or lost or the door is closed in such a way that guests cannot get inside: THB 1000.00 — from 08:00 to 20:00; THB 2000.00 — from 20:00 to 08:00.
