Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. Guests must contact the number provided no later than 24 hours before check-in to clarify the time and method of arrival. Advance notification allows to arrange a transfer if necessary, help with navigation, track the flight and be aware of delays. Please note that the apartments are located in a residential complex that does not provide hotel services. The staff servicing the residential complex will not be able to help with check-in, as they are not associated with the apartment owners. If an earlier check-in is needed, it is possible to book an additional day before the day of arrival at a discount. Guests must provide your approximate arrival time 30 minutes before arrival. If it is not possible to do this in advance, guests can notify about the arrival time on site. The manager will need 15 to 30 minutes to arrive. In some cases, self-check-in is possible upon agreement with the manager.
