It’s so nice when the nature is right outside your door! Villa «Royale Grand Villa» is located in Pattaya. This villa is located in 3 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the villa — Pattaya View Point, Big Buddha Temple and Cozy Beach.
Want to be always on-line? Wi-Fi is available. Specially for tourists who travel by car, there’s a free parking zone. Sports fans are going to love a fitness center. You will find these entertainment amenities on the premises: a barbeque area.

Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).
