Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of THB 30000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the villa rate does not include electricity charges. Guests will be charged THB 10 per electricity unit consumed and payment must be made directly to the property.
