Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Guests can only arrive on the island before 09:00 PM because there is no transport after that. The hotel is closed after 21:00, but the doors will be opened for guests if necessary.
