Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests did not present their credit card upon check-in. For the card holder's protection, if the card holder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the prepayment will be credited back to the original card.
