Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment.
