About the hotel
Sunrise Serenity is located in Karon. This resort is located minutes away from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the resort — Dino Park Mini Golf, Big Buddha and Wat Chalong.
You can stop by the bar. Taste the local cuisine and have a rest in the restaurant. The resort cafe is a nice place to have a snack. Free Wi-Fi is available on the territory. Ask for more information when checking in.
Specially for tourists who travel by car, there’s a parking zone. The beauty and wellness services: a massage room. Sports fans are going to love a diving club. Swimming fans are going to enjoy a pool, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool.
To book an excursion, consult the tour assistance desk of the resort. You won’t have to leave your pet at home as they are allowed. There are other services available for the guests of the resort. For example, a laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, car rental and a safe-deposit box. The staff of the resort speaks English and Italian.

Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.
If the guests arrive after 09:00 PM, they should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle the deposit via bank transfer. The hotel will email guests directly with information on how to do so.
