Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.
The property does not have a front desk and does not offer standard hotel services.
To check in, guests are asked to send a photo of their passport via messenger. Once the information is received, guests will be sent a password for the locker to receive a key card.
Scooter parking is free, but if guests have a car and wish to park in the apartment parking lot, they must inform the property prior to arrival. A parking card will be provided, otherwise, parking on the property will not be possible.
Luggage storage is conveniently available through the property's legal department, for a fee of THB 50.00.
Guests are provided with two shower towels and two hand towels per room per booking. No additional towels are provided.
Room cleaning is not provided for stays of 7 days or less.
