About the hotel
The main advantage of a guest house is home comfort. Guest house «Kaysorn Residence» is located in Chiang Mai. This guest house is located minutes away from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the guest house — Chang Puak Market.
Taste the local cuisine and have a rest in the restaurant. In the shared kitchen, you can cook anything you want. Want to be always on-line? Wi-Fi is available. If you travel by car, there’s a parking zone.
Also, the following services are available for guests at the guest house: a massage room and a solarium. You won’t be bored as at the guest house you will find a picnic area and a barbeque area. Take your pet with you. Pets are allowed. For the free movement around the city, the guest house offers a transfer for you. Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.
