Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. The Dome and Tower Club Lounge has a dress code. Smart attire is required in the hotel restaurants. Sportswear or uniforms, slippers, beach sandals, flip-flops are prohibited regardless of age. Sleeveless clothing, shorts and open-toed shoes are not permitted for men. Children of all ages are welcome at Sirocco and Breeze. Children aged 7 and above are allowed in the adult bar at Mezzaluna, Chef’s Table, Sky Bar and The Flute Bar. Distil Bar, Alfresco 64, lebua No.3 and Pink Bar are for adults (over 20 years old only). Dress code and rules apply to all guests, including children. Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms. This property does not allow pets or service animals. Luggage storage is currently unavailable. Additional charges may apply to guests for Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners at the hotel.
