The private room is not equipped with towels. If guests do not bring their own, towels are available at a cost of EUR 2.50 each.
Guests are requested to check in no later than the time specified on the booking page. Unless a specific check-in time is specified, guests are asked to check in before 9:00 PM on the day of arrival. Guests must contact the hotel if they are unable to arrive on the scheduled date (no-show) or plan to check in late; otherwise, the hotel may cancel the entire reservation without a refund.
Check-in outside of reception hours is not available. Hotel staff will greet guests upon arrival.
