This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. A surcharge of 25€ applies for arrivals between 21:00h - 09:00h. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. One of our co-hosts will contact the guests on the day before to arrange the check-in and will be at the apartment to welcome the guests at the time arranged. All guests should follow the instructions given by the co-host and contact up to 30minutes before the arrival at the apartment.
