This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Also please note that the groceries included in the welcome pack include rice, pasta, tuna fish, olive oil, vinegar, cooking oil, salt and sugar. Please note that a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. This payment is made by bank transfer.AlfamaKey will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
