Domestic flights are operated by Island Aviation Service IAS. The resort must receive all transfer details when the accommodation is booked and no later than 2 weeks before arrival. The details must include the full names of all guests as shown in their passports and the flight numbers to and from the Maldives. Same-day transfers cannot be guaranteed if international flight details are not provided within the required timeframe or if transfer details are changed within 10 days of arrival. Any flight changes must be submitted to the resort no later than 10 days before arrival. The domestic flight baggage allowance is 20 kg of checked luggage and one piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 5 kg per passenger. Maximum hand-luggage dimensions are 20×12×7 inches. Upon arrival at Velana International Airport, a hotel representative will meet guests with a sign displaying the resort name and escort them to the domestic terminal. Guests who book transfers through the resort can use the Moonimaa Lounge or Sunnyside Lounge free of charge while waiting for their domestic flight. The lounges offer Wi-Fi, refreshments and showers. Waiting time for the domestic flight may range from 1 to 4 hours depending on the flight schedule. Upon arrival at Gan International Airport, a hotel representative will escort guests to the speedboat. The compulsory festive season surcharge is not a meal supplement and applies to all guests staying at the resort on the nights of 24 December and 31 December.
