To guarantee early arrival at the villa, you must pay 100% of the cost of one night's stay. Late check-out is subject to availability. To ensure late check-out before 06:00 PM, an additional fee of 50% of the room rate is charged. If guests check out after 06:00 PM, they will be charged an additional fee per night. The time of arrival and departure depends on the time of transfer of funds to the guests. A limited number of beach villas will be expanded by adding a private pool, which will be located behind each villa. The work will be carried out in stages until January 20, 2027. Currently, 20 villas have been removed from the register, but not all of them are under reconstruction. Some of these villas will act as a buffer, providing sufficient distance between the guests and the renovation area to minimize possible interference. There is no intensive construction here, the work is not visible to the guests, and it will be carried out during the daytime. Guests will be provided with rooms at a sufficient distance from the work area. Along with the beautification project for the beach villa, work is being completed on the new Lebanese restaurant Laylouna. The restaurant is located on the arrival pier, away from the guest accommodation and the main facilities of the resort. The remaining work is limited to finishing touches, which should lead to the restaurant's opening on November 1, 2026. During this time, all other facilities and services of the resort will be fully operational. Rules for the placement of children: At the hotel, children are classified as children from 2 to 15 years old, infants from 0 to 1 year old, and adults from 15 years old and older. These classifications apply to accommodation and meals. However, with regard to transfers, the age categories may differ according to the policy of the third-party service provider. If the guests are traveling with one child and have not purchased an extra bed, the existing sofa will be converted into a sofa bed. The final departure schedule will be announced the day before the departure of the guests from the island where the resort is located. All guests are advised to take out travel insurance in case of unforeseen situations, such as cancellation of a trip due to the inability to arrive at the hotel due to weather conditions and the need to spend the night at a nearby hotel, flight delays or medical emergencies. This situation will be considered as force majeure. Neither the resort nor the service provider is responsible for any additional costs associated with rebooking or extending international flights, as well as for unwanted hotel stays.
