Guests can courier their luggage to the property the day before or on the day of arrival. Guests must notify the hotel in advance, and pay the delivery charge at time of shipping. The hotel may refuse to accept the luggage if they are not notified beforehand, or if the shipping charge is not payed in advance by the sender.
