In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities. A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. This property does not have a reception desk. Check-in is at a different address than the property itself. Guests are required to contact the property at least 72 hours prior to arrival to arrange check-in. Guests will receive an email 72 hours prior to arrival with check-in instructions and information about the key safe. Guests will have access to the property through a separate entrance. On certain days of the year, a fee of EUR 5.00-10.00 per person per day applies to access to Venice. This fee is exempt for guests staying in Venice. Guests must request a voucher for the fee exemption in advance and present it along with proof of identity upon arrival.
