In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.
A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

From Marco Polo Airport: Via the Alilaguna Arancio Orange shuttle service to the S. Angelo landing stage, or the Alilaguna Blu Blue shuttle service to the San Marco Giardinetti stop. Then, follow the walking instructions below.
From Piazzale Roma and S. Lucia Railway Station: Via the Line 1 ACTV water bus to the S. Angelo landing stage.
From the Port: Venice Passenger Terminal: Via the People Mover funicular to Piazzale Roma, then transferring to the Line 1 ACTV water bus to the S. Angelo landing stage.
From Tronchetto: Via the Line 2 ACTV water bus to Piazzale Roma, then transferring to the Line 1 ACTV water bus to the S. Angelo landing stage.
By Car: Parking is available at the Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto terminals. A 10% discount is offered at Garage San Marco; Garage Comunale and Isola del Tronchetto are also available. From the garages, take the designated water bus to the S. Angelo stop.
By Private Taxi: A private water taxi can be taken directly to the Rio Terà Assassini landing stage near the hotel. The front desk can be contacted via email or phone for further details.
Directions from the water bus stops:
From the S. Angelo Water Bus Landing Stage: Walk straight and cross Corte del'Alboro on the left. Pass a small bridge after the corner, then turn right along Calle dei Avocati. Continue straight across Campo Sant'Angelo to reach a very narrow alleyway, Calle del Cafetier. At the end of the alleyway, cross a small bridge and pass under a portico; Hotel La Fenice is located on the right.
From the San Marco Water Bus Landing Stage: Turn left toward the Vallaresso stop, then turn right along Calle Vallaresso. Turn left along Salizada San Moisè and continue onto Calle Larga XXII Marzo. After about 50 meters, turn right into Calle del Sartor Da Veste, cross the small bridge, and arrive in front of the La Fenice Theatre. Turn left down Calle Fenice to reach Campiello Fenice; the hotel is located immediately on the left.
