Front desk is open 24/7. The apartment is located at 39 Wenceslas Square, between the Italian restaurant Buschetto and Cafe Svateho Vaclava. There is no permanent reception in the building. Guests are therefore required to pick up the key and pay at the main office. At Hotel Ventana, 2 Stupartska Street, guests can also leave their suitcases until the apartment is ready. Also, if departure is later than 10:00 AM, suitcases can be stored at the Ventana Hotel at 2 Stupartska str., Prague 1, at any time. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, as soon as the apartment is accepted in proper condition. Shuttle services are available for an additional fee of approximately EUR 47.00 for up to 3 people or approximately EUR 70.00 for 4-7 people for a one-way trip.
